Job description

In order to meet the needs of expanding the market and increasing the number of customers using the company’s software solutions, we are looking for dynamic candidates who are passionate about business and technology, willing to accompany the team in developing customer files and bringing the company’s products and solutions to a large number of customers.

• Proactively learn, research and master the Company’s products, services and software solutions to properly advise customers’ needs.

• Search, approach and develop corporate and banking customers, introduce suitable software solutions, aiming to build long-term cooperative relationships.

• Directly discuss, advise, persuade, negotiate and sign contracts with customers.

• Coordinate closely with relevant departments during project implementation to ensure progress, quality and customer satisfaction

• Monitor the progress of contract implementation, coordinate debt collection on time..

• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

Candidate requirements

• Graduated from College/University, preferably majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or related fields.

• Have at least 01 year of experience in the field of business and solution consulting; Priority is given to candidates who have worked with software and technology products/services.

• Good communication, ability to present, advise and convince customers; Confidence in working sessions and direct discussions

• Oriented to develop a long-term career in the field of software business and technology solutions.

• Progressive spirit, proactive learning, willing to learn deeply about products and continuously improve personal performance.

• Good independent working and team coordination skills; Be responsible for goals and work results

Income

Income when reaching 100% KPI: Up to $1,923
Income calculated based on KPI achievement rate
Fixed salary: From $385 or more
Fixed salary does not depend on sales

• Fixed salary from $385/month; Unlimited income, can reach over $1,923/month depending on business results, including fixed salary, commissions and bonuses..
