6. Toolsclick Rewards System

Customers can accumulate reward points when purchasing goods on Toolsclick.net or by participating in Toolsclick activities at Toolsclick’s sole discretion from time to time. Generally, Toolsclick reward points will be credited to the Customer’s Account after the completion of a transaction or activity approved by Toolsclick. You are eligible to participate in Toolsclick’s reward system if you are a Customer and your Account is not ineligible.

• Incomplete transactions on Toolsclick.net will not be eligible for the Toolsclick reward points system. Toolsclick reserves the right to exclude items that are not eligible for the Toolsclick reward points system.
• Toolsclick reward points have no monetary value, do not constitute assets of the Customer, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or converted into cash.
• Subject to rules and regulations determined, changed, and modified from time to time by Toolsclick, and subject to limits at Toolsclick’s sole discretion. Customers may use Toolsclick reward points to deduct from product prices when making purchases on Toolsclick.net according to Toolsclick’s regulations at any given time. All refunds must comply with the Return and Refund Policy.
• Toolsclick reward points you have used will be deducted from your Toolsclick reward points balance. Each Toolsclick reward point has an expiration date.
• Toolsclick does not guarantee and does not assume responsibility for tax obligations related to Toolsclick reward points. You should check with your tax advisor to see if receiving Toolsclick reward points affects your tax obligations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toolsclick reserves the right to change or discontinue the Toolsclick reward points system at any time, and to cancel or postpone the Customer’s participation in the Toolsclick reward points system, including the ability to obtain or use Toolsclick reward points.

7. Feedback

ToolsClick always welcomes information and feedback from customers to help ToolsClick improve the quality of its services.

• Anonymous feedback will not be accepted.
• Customers involved in the feedback will be fully informed and given the opportunity to improve the situation.
• Unclear and defamatory feedback will not be accepted.

All website content and customer reviews are our property. If we detect any fraudulent information, we will immediately lock your account or take other measures as prescribed by Vietnamese law.

• E-wallet payments are made through third-party online transactions. This is only available to customers who have an account with such an e-wallet.
• Domestic ATM Card – Internet Banking Payment:

This domestic ATM card – internet banking payment method is only available to customers with a domestic ATM card linked to internet banking (online payment), and does not apply to VISA and Mastercard cards.

Customers can only change the payment method before making the payment and must comply with ToolsClick’s payment policy.

ToolsClick is not responsible for or liable for any losses or damages incurred by customers from entering incorrect payment information for placed orders and/or using payment methods not listed above.

We are committed to providing the most accurate pricing information to consumers. However, errors can sometimes occur, such as incorrect product pricing on the website or incorrect prices. Depending on the case, we will contact you to provide guidance or inform you that the order has been canceled. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, whether or not it has been confirmed or paid for.

We offer a trial period for some products. If you have tried a product and decide to purchase it, we will not allow exchanges or refunds for these products.

10. General Provisions

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. 100% replacement of defective products: inability to enter product code, incorrect product code.
2. Warranty up to 6 months for products.
3. Refund according to the refund policy if the product is defective.
4. Reward points are only valid for purchases at Toolsclick.net and cannot be exchanged for cash for any reason. Any misuse of reward points is considered a serious violation of ToolsClick’s terms and policies. ToolsClick has the right to permanently block the account and the reward points in the account.
5. ToolscClick reserves the right to change the sales policy for any product according to the manufacturer’s policy or our distribution policy. No notice is required in any case.
6. Customers are responsible for notifying and cooperating in returning ToolsClick’s assets in the event of system errors or any other incidents.
7. ToolsClick accounts must not be used for any form of intermediary buying/selling/exchanging. If discovered, ToolsClick has the right to permanently lock the account and reward points without notice.
8. “We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone” We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we deem not to be a courteous customer and believe they may negatively impact our genuine customers.
9. When customers fail to comply with Toolsclick.net’s terms and policies, we have the right to take action as per regulations. Any cases not specified in the regulations but affecting Toolsclick.net will be decided by Toolsclick.net. No notice is required in any case.
10. ToolsClick’s decision is final.
